Crofarm aims at building a technology-enabled supply chain of fruits and vegetables to serve the small-medium retailer market in Delhi-NCR with a Pan-India sourcing network. Crofarm does more than Rs 10 crore in monthly business in Delhi-NCR with a 5000+ retailer network moving more than 8000 tonnes of fresh produce.
Crofarm’s management team consists of serial entrepreneurs who are graduates of premier instituations like IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIM Ahmedabad.

Job Description :
Monitor Last Mile Operations and identify improvement opportunities.
Handling the entire last mile operations of the region
Capacity Planning for the hubs, coordinating with Planning team and ground Operations
Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring
Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined metrics
Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement
Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Team
Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results
Co-ordination with vendors for Bikers & Van. Need to increase the vendor’s base for hiring. Planning & deployment of vehicles for delivery. Cost optimization. Handling day to day Logistics Operations. Vendor sourcing.
