Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that communicate the brand's message effectively.

Focus on ‘brand language’ for all channels – coin designing guidelines for brand, icons, mnemonics, brand color schemes and brand’s unique style.

Most importantly, understand the difference between Bold’ vs. Loud communication.

Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and other creative partners to enhance Otipy's design capabilities.

Develop and maintain Otipy's brand assets, ranging from offline branding, packaging to asset creation, logo creation, etc.

An expert of handmade illustrations and doodles to take the brand mascot fable forward.

Stay updated on design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements:

3 - 7 years of prior experience in a similar role

A strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.

Proficient with software like Photoshop, Premier pro (basic), After effects & Illustrator.

Strong understanding of branding principles and how they translate into design content.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to articulate and present creative ideas/moodboards and concepts.


Qualifications:

Formal degree in design, Fine Arts, visual communication or related field only.

Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.

Proven experience in a similar role
