Job Description:

Our Operations Executive (handling customer communication) play a crucial part in the mission to deal with the different set of customers for appointments, establishing contact with the non-responsive customers, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email and Chat communication with customers.

What will you be doing

1. Connecting with customers for delivery 

2. Communicate courteously with customers 

3. Handle customer complaints/enquiries or requests

4. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;

5. Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery) for effective and fast issue resolution

What we need in you.

1. Experience in working on communication platforms tools 

2. Experienced in Calls & Emails

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Should speak Good in English, Hindi 

5. Strong sense of customer empathy

6. Willingness to work during weekends
